We are seeking a highly organised and service-focused Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of Executive Education programmes. This role combines programme logistics, supplier management, financial administration, operational support and data management to ensure a high-quality participant experience.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £16.92 per hour + holiday pay
Key Duties:
- Coordinate the ordering, management and distribution of programme materials, branded items and merchandise
- Oversee the production and quality assurance of printed materials, including certificates, dinner cards and programme documentation
- Manage relationships with internal and external suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services
- Coordinate shipment of programme materials and merchandise to UK and international locations
- Raise purchase orders and support procurement processes using Oracle
- Act as a key contact for operational issues during programme delivery, resolving problems and coordinating with stakeholders
- Support programme managers and delivery staff with administrative and operational processes
- Arrange college dinners, venue bookings and other programme-related events
- Assist with programme administration, including visa letters and participant documentation
- Maintain operational databases, systems and records to a high standard of accuracy
- Support onboarding, training activities and team administration
- Prepare meeting materials, take notes and track actions
- Produce reports on operational activity, resource usage and programme metrics

- Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service focus and commitment to high-quality support
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using databases, CRM systems or reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Comfortable working with participants, faculty, clients and external partners
- Flexible and adaptable approach, including occasional out-of-hours support
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
