About the role
For this role, you will need HR administration experience, strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. In this role, you will assist with contracts, recruitment administration, payroll and general administrative support. 

Duties:


Recruitment administration – assisting with the coordination and documentation of recruitment processes
Contracts – drafting casual and fixed-term contracts, preparing extensions and formal letters
Payroll – updating the HR system (PXD) to ensure appointments are processed correctly for payroll
General administrative support – assisting with a range of tasks across the employee life cycle

Selection criteria:

Strong administrative skills and experience, ideally within an HR setting
Excellent attention to detail and a systematic, logical approach to work
Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately
Good organisational ability and time management skills
Previous HR administration experience.
