We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Regular Giving & Development Officer to join the Development Office at one of our centrally based colleges. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a meaningful impact by supporting the College’s ambitious fundraising efforts.
About the Role
As the Regular Giving & Development Officer, you will play a key role in growing philanthropic support for the College through a variety of mass fundraising initiatives. You will lead and coordinate appeals including brochure mailings, giving days, telethons, and digital campaigns. You’ll also support the Development Director in major gift and legacy fundraising, and help steward key donor groups.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing regular giving campaigns across multiple channels.

Supporting major gift work through research, proposal drafting, and data analysis.

Coordinating legacy giving initiatives and assisting with the Audrey Blackman Society.

Overseeing donation administration and reporting on income.

Producing donor acknowledgements and supporting stewardship of the 1965 Club.

Collaborating with colleagues across the College on development initiatives.
Essential Experience
- Has experience in charity fundraising, especially in regular giving or mass appeals.
- Possesses excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Is confident using databases, spreadsheets, and basic accounting tools.
- Is proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Communicates clearly and can write compelling content for diverse audiences.
