About the role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of events, online modules, and administrative operations for a key programme. This role involves participant support, event coordination, webinar hosting, and maintaining accurate programme data.

The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £16.92 per hour + holiday pay

We are seeking a proactive and organised Impact Education Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of impact-focused educational initiatives. This role combines programme coordination, event delivery, stakeholder engagement, communications and financial support.

Key Duties:

Programme & Event Management

  • Coordinate impact education initiatives from planning through to completion
  • Organise and deliver events, managing logistics, resources and supplier relationships
  • Promote initiatives to a wide range of stakeholders

Communications & Data Management

  • Work with communications colleagues to plan and deliver effective campaigns
  • Act as a first point of contact for enquiries, providing guidance and resolving issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and support monitoring and evaluation activities

Financial Management

  • Support budget preparation, forecasting and financial monitoring
  • Gather and analyse data to support reporting and reviews

Selection Criteria:

  • Experience in programme or project management in a higher education or professional environment
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing budgets and financial processes
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems and think creatively
  • Strong IT and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
