Access Arrangement Coordinator
About the role
For this role, you will need to have experience communicating with SEND students and their supporters, experience producing reports, along with excellent writing and research skills. In this role, you will provide guidance and support to potential Oxford candidates, review access arrangement requests, write communications for candidates and maintain and analyse data logs.
Duties:
•
Provide guidance and support to potential Oxford candidates through online communication and in-person outreach events, including sensitive handling of access arrangement and special consideration queries.
•
Process and review access arrangement requests, ensuring consistency between requests and supporting evidence, and participate in special consideration evaluations.
•
Write, edit, and proofread communications for candidates, supporters, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, including emails, reports, and mailing lists.
•
Maintain and analyse data logs related to SEND candidates and special consideration requests to support registration, booking, and reporting processes.
•
Oversee the candidate registration process for those with SEND, escalating complex matters and representing these candidates in internal and supplier meetings.
•
Support reporting and analysis by collating weekly user activity data and contributing to final reports on the candidate journey, particularly for those with access needs.
Selection criteria:
•
Experience of communicating with SEND students and their supporters.
•
Proven experience in producing correspondence and reports.
•
Excellent writing skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-specialist audience.
•
Excellent research and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data.
•
Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience.
