We are recruiting for a Facilities Support Receptionist to work on site at one of our Central Oxford based departments starting on the 20th May for 6 weeks paying £14.20 p/h.
Working hours - 09:00 – 17:00 Mon to Fri.
Duties:
- Meet and greet service to all members of staff and visitors to the building
- Ensure that security is maintained by checking ID cards
- Complete minute taking duties in key building management meetings (training provided)
- Compile and log room bookings on behalf of occupying Departments.
- Issuing and programming of access cards
- Receiving and recording deliveries of mail
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
Please be aware that all candidates need to be able to start work immediately and must be able to work on site if required to do so.
