We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations and Administration Assistant to provide excellent front-of-house and administrative support in a busy and dynamic environment. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone with a passion for delivering outstanding service and strong organisational skills.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £14.67 per hour + holiday pay
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, acting as a first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders.
- Confidently handle and escalate customer queries and complaints, using sound judgement and professionalism.
- Manage shared inboxes and general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Support day-to-day operational processes including scheduling, housekeeping checks, and maintaining a welcoming and safe environment.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events or visits, including logistics and supplier arrangements.
- Uphold high standards in health & safety, security, and general site presentation.
- Work flexibly across a seven-day rota, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays when required.
Selection Criteria:
- Experience in front-of-house or customer service roles.
- Confident in managing and escalating customer complaints and queries appropriately.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage communications and general enquiries efficiently.
- High standard of written and verbal communication, with strong numeracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.

- Flexible and committed, with a proactive, can-do approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
