We are currently seeking a Temporary Events Coordinator to join an Oxford University College. This exciting role starts immediately and offers a Part time position for a duration of 12 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up meetings and workshops held internally and externally.
- Ensure requirements of academics leading these events are met, including dealing with the needs of high profile participants and officials as well as other institutions, corporations and agencies.
- Attend all events and ensure logistical tasks are managed and completed – when required allocate specific job roles to other team members to enable all tasks to be carried out effectively and efficiently both during set-up and throughout the event.
Selection Criteria:
- Events management experience with demonstrable results.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex institutional arrangements, stakeholders, and benefactors.
- Experience in development and execution of promotional materials and social media.
