Join our team as a Customer Service & Administration Assistant in a busy University Department! Immediate start, for approximately 12 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for enquiries, especially in Repairs & Maintenance.
- Manage Helpdesk emails within SLAs, ensuring prompt responses.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Review and process job requests.
- Assist with compliance and admin tasks.
Essential Criteria:
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication.
- Experience in information systems.
- Ability to stay composed under pressure.
