About the role

 Join our team as a Customer Service & Administration Assistant in a busy University Department! Immediate start, for approximately 12 weeks.

 Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for enquiries, especially in Repairs & Maintenance.
  • Manage Helpdesk emails within SLAs, ensuring prompt responses.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Review and process job requests.
  • Assist with compliance and admin tasks.

Essential Criteria:

  • Computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Experience in information systems.
  • Ability to stay composed under pressure.
