We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Website Migration and Content Specialist to support the redevelopment of the Welcome Service website and assist with wider website migration activities across the Division starting on thet 4th August until the website goes live on the 1st September 2025
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience using content management systems such as Mosaic and Drupal,and who enjoys shaping engaging, compliant web content for diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities

Build and develop the new Welcome Service website based on predefined content, site maps, and structural guidelines

Clean up and style web content, ensuring clarity and consistency (e.g. formatting text, applying captions, updating links)

Migrate existing content—including text, images, videos, and resources—into new site templates across various administrative departments

Ensure all content aligns with the University's web standards, branding, and accessibility policies

Participate in website migration meetings and provide regular updates in weekly initiative sessions

Support broader communications activities within the department as required
Selection Criteria

Experience working with Mosaic and Drupal content management systems

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to content editing and publishing

Good understanding of web usability and accessibility standards
