About the Role
As Executive Assistant, you will provide professional support to:

Director of Clinical Studies

Director of Graduate-entry Medical Studies

Head of Administration and Finance
Your duties will include:

Managing diaries and arranging formal/informal meetings
-
Responding to student enquiries and communications
-
Drafting correspondence
-
Preparing student transcripts and verification documents
-
Administering student prizes
You will also support Leads for Patient & Public Involvement, Equality–Diversity–Inclusion, and Education for Sustainable Healthcare. This includes helping organise a small number of events, meetings, and teaching sessions, and taking notes or minutes when required.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors to the office:

Greeting students, staff, and visitors

Distributing and collecting room keys

Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
You may also be asked to deputise for the Finance Administrator or Education & Facilities Project Co-ordinator during absence, and to assist as part of the support team during clinical examinations, including registration, marshalling, and timings.
Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or an Executive Assistant

Excellent written and verbal communication, with a mature and responsible approach

High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and willingness to learn new systems

Strong academic achievement (school and/or Further/Higher Education)
