We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Change and Engagement Lead who can work sensitively and positively with a wide range of stakeholders, helping to build understanding, manage expectations, and plan inclusive engagement as we move towards supplier and product selection.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement

Identify and engage stakeholders across the University to build understanding, support, and realistic expectations.

Work closely with the Project Manager, Business Analysts, Project Sponsor, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure stakeholders are informed, involved, and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Change Impact Assessment and Management

Assess the scope, scale, and impact of change arising from the new system.

Define and deliver appropriate change management activities.

Develop, maintain, and adapt change plans to align with project objectives and ensure intended benefits are achieved.
Communications
-
Plan and deliver clear, targeted communications for different stakeholder groups.

Use agreed communication channels and approval processes, ensuring alignment with wider University communications and project activity.
Planning and Project Support

Contribute to the overall project plan by embedding business change activities and milestones.

Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate change-related risks and issues to minimise disruption.
Benefits Realisation

Support the project in defining how benefits will be delivered and measured.

Help teams take ownership of benefits realisation activities to ensure improvements are embedded, sustained, and measurable.
About You
Essential Criteria

Proven experience in change management, with a strong understanding of the processes involved in introducing technology-enabled business change.

Demonstrable project management experience.
