About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Programme Digital Support Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality digital learning across professional development programmes. This role works closely with digital learning, academic and programme teams to build, maintain and support virtual learning environments and digital resources.

The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £14.98 per hour + holiday pay

Key Duties:

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, building strong working relationships
  • Liaise with the digital learning team to apply best practice in virtual learning, accessibility and digital tools
  • Build and maintain virtual learning sites with programme content, multimedia resources, reading lists and logistics
  • Ensure all digital learning sites meet University style, tone and quality standards
  • Work with library teams to integrate digital reading lists
  • Maintain digital learning templates, documentation and resources
  • Support the implementation of new IT systems within the team
  • Raise purchase orders using Sage and Oracle systems
  • Co-deliver virtual career development programmes
  • Provide administrative and pre-programme support during busy delivery periods

Selection Criteria:

  • Experience in digital administration and confidence learning new technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Zoom
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following instructions
  • Team-oriented, helpful and collaborative approach
  • Flexible attitude to workload, deadlines and working hours
  • Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion
