About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator with strong communication skills, proven experience managing complex processes independently, and the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Duties

Coordinate the scheduling and administration of Professional Development Programmes, including room bookings, course materials, participant communications and visa support for international attendees.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, participants and tutors, ensuring a high standard of customer service and supporting participant engagement and satisfaction.
Provide administrative support for programme delivery and quality assurance processes, including feedback surveys, tutor contracts, claim forms and payment processing.
Support the development and delivery of marketing and promotional activity across a range of channels, including websites, brochures, emails and online content.
Assist with market research, participant recruitment strategies and data management to support the growth and development of Professional Development Programmes.
Support financial and operational processes, including budget monitoring, invoicing, purchasing, expense checks and adherence to departmental procedures and standard operating processes.

Essential Requirements


Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a complex and dynamic workload independently, reprioritising and delegating as needed.
Proven experience of managing administrative processes and resolving issues with minimal supervision.
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain policies and procedures effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks, data, and documentation.
Demonstrated ability to develop professional relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
