We are seeking a reliable and organised Facilities Survey Assistant to support a project reviewing WC facilities across University buildings. This role involves carrying out surveys, recording information accurately, and liaising with building staff to support accessibility-related data collection.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £14.51 per hour + holiday pay
Key Duties:
- Conduct WC facilities surveys across approximately 100 buildings
- Liaise with Building Managers and other staff to gather information on toilet provision
- Identify and record accessible and gender-neutral toilet facilities within each building
- Carry out site visits and office-based administrative work
- Maintain accurate records and survey data for each location
- Report findings to the Accessibility Advisor
Selection Criteria:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and work independently
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Experience using spreadsheets and maintaining records
- Professional approach when liaising with staff and stakeholders
