We are seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment operations and process improvement. This role combines recruitment administration, stakeholder support, HR systems management, reporting, and project coordination within a busy HR environment.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £16.92 per hour + holiday pay
Key Duties:
- Manage recruitment administration, including raising staff requests, preparing adverts, job descriptions and shortlisting packs
- Advise managers and colleagues on recruitment processes, immigration and employment procedures
- Maintain recruitment guidance and communications on the intranet
- Maintain accurate recruitment and personnel records using PeopleXD, Eploy and Microsoft Excel
- Produce recruitment reports and analyse data using Excel, including PivotTables and PivotCharts
- Act as a key user for recruitment systems, supporting colleagues and delivering system training
- Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvements and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to support successful project delivery
- Review recruitment processes to ensure compliance, efficiency and best practice
- Provide support for recruitment activities during busy periods, including application screening and interview coordination

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience providing high-quality customer service
- Ability to build effective working relationships across a range of stakeholders
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Excellent analytical skills with confidence using Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools
- High level of IT literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work independently, use initiative and contribute to a collaborative team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
