We are seeking an organised and experienced coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience with public engagement, involvement and participation (PPIE) and advisory groups, and with good rapport with young people.
The position is set to commence 1 November 2026 and will be from 18.75 hours per week for 12 weeks (with a pay rate of £18.80 per hour + holiday pay).
Main Duties:
- Liaise with members of the NeurOx YPAG to organise co-production and training sessions.
- Process timely reimbursement for our YPAG members.
- Update the NeurOx YPAG website (including the calendar of events and YPAG-authored blog posts).
- Assist with distributing YPAG training certificates.
- Where possible, attend NeurOx YPAG sessions as a co-facilitator.
- Assist with the administration of ARIADNE project procedures, including taking and disseminating minutes, making appointments, and maintaining digital folders.
Selection Criteria:
- The role required enhanced DBS check
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject area
- Relevant experience in co-production and PPIE.
- Ability to work flexibly including some evenings and occasional weekends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in organising meetings with large groups.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills.
