We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the marketing and communications activity for our MSc AI for Business, supporting awareness, engagement and student recruitment.
Working as part of the wider marketing and communications team, you will develop and deliver an integrated, multi-channel marketing plan and ensure that the programme is positioned effectively to reach and engage its target audiences.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketing professional with experience of delivering campaigns across paid, owned and organic channels, creating compelling content and using data and insight to drive performance.
Key responsibilities

Strategy and delivery: Own, deliver and develop an integrated, multi-channel marketing and communications plan to build awareness and support recruitment to the MSc AI for Business, as well as other executive education courses as required.

Brand and messaging: Maintain and develop the MSc AI for Business key messaging, brand creative and value proposition, ensuring consistency across all communications.

Website: Review and update the content and structure of the Professional Masters Programme web presence, working with the web technical team where required.

Marketing and communications content: Maintain and develop core marketing and communications content and assets across print and digital channels, including photography, video, case studies and other campaign materials.

CRM: Work closely with the Strategic Communications Manager to ensure marketing requirements are effectively represented and supported within the new departmental CRM solution.

Communications: Deliver other marketing and communications activities as required, contributing to wider departmental priorities and initiatives.
About you
You will be an experienced marketing and communications professional with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns and creating engaging content for a range of audiences.
You will have:

Substantial relevant experience in marketing communications campaign management, including paid, owned and organic activity.

Proven experience producing engaging, on-brand written and visual content in a range of formats and for different audiences, with the ability to drive engagement and generate leads.

Outstanding written and editorial skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling and engaging copy.

Experience working with email marketing software, such as Upland Adestra or Marketing Cloud.

Proven experience using data and analytics to establish and monitor key performance metrics, benchmark activity and inform marketing decisions across digital platforms and email.

Experience of effective supplier management, including briefing and directing external suppliers such as designers and video production agencies to deliver high-quality work on brief and to budget.
