We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Campaigns Manager to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads, increase engagement and support business targets. The role combines campaign strategy, execution, stakeholder management and performance analysis across multiple marketing channels.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £20.77 per hour + holiday pay
Key Duties:
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads and improve conversion
- Develop audience personas, market positioning and campaign messaging
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and audience needs to identify opportunities
- Coordinate campaign delivery across digital, email and other marketing channels
- Collaborate with marketing, execution and analytics teams to maximise campaign performance
- Develop and review marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and tone of voice
- Proofread and quality assure campaign copy and creative materials
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines and resources
- Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and business targets
- Produce performance reports and recommendations to improve future campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and campaign effectiveness
Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience developing marketing strategies and integrated campaigns
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns from planning through to evaluation
- Strong experience managing campaign budgets and timelines
- Excellent marketing communications and copywriting skills, particularly email marketing
- Strong understanding of audiences, positioning and current marketing trends
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills
- Creative, proactive and commercially focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under pressure
- Strong collaborative working skills with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines
