TSS has a vacancy for an Intranet Support Consultant. Reporting to the Intranet Product Owner, the consultant will support content owners in migrating or rebuilding content as part of the University's pilot project for a new Intranet platform. Full training on the web platform will be provided.
Duties:
- Assist content owners in creating, maintaining, and publishing content.
- Manage and respond to queries via various channels.
- Create and style content.
- Perform content clean up and styling.
- Support user onboarding.
- Participate in the delivery team, attending daily stand-ups and project meetings.
- Provide general intranet governance support (permissions/access/standards).
Selection Criteria:
- Strong web content creation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to adhere to writing and formatting style guides.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise, negotiate, and work reliably and flexibly as part of a team.
