We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Programme Coordinator to provide logistical and administrative support to a portfolio of research projects and community engagement activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the delivery of impactful interdisciplinary research and training initiatives.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £16.57 per hour + holiday pay
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and support project meetings and workshops, including scheduling, booking venues, note-taking, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Assist in stakeholder engagement activities and help coordinate project communications, such as website content and research briefs.
- Monitor project progress using task management tools (training provided).
- Maintain accurate documentation and support reporting to governance groups.
- Support the planning and delivery of community-building and training activities by attending working group meetings and progressing agreed actions.
