We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive PA and EA support to senior officers. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £16.92 per hour + holiday pay
Key Duties:
- Provide high-level PA/EA support, including complex diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation
- Manage and prioritise correspondence, drafting responses where appropriate
- Organise meetings and committees, including venues, catering, AV, agendas, minute-taking, and action tracking
- Liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders, including senior staff and international partners
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems and databases, ensuring confidentiality
- Support and troubleshoot digital meeting platforms such as Teams, Zoom, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Coordinate events and visitor logistics
- Provide cover and support across the wider administrative team as required
Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience as a PA or EA in a complex organisation
- Strong diary and travel management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail
- High levels of discretion, initiative, and problem-solving capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using databases and digital tools
