We are seeking an experienced Canva specialist to support a communications and marketing team in strengthening how Canva Teams is structured and used. This short-term project will focus on improving collaboration, brand consistency and long-term asset management through a well-governed, scalable Canva setup. This assignment will be for 7 days, around 40-50 hours.
The successful candidate will review the current Canva Teams environment and implement best practice to ensure Canva functions as an effective shared organisational tool.
Duties:
• Review and refine the existing Canva Teams account structure, settings and permissions
• Configure a clear, centrally owned folder and asset management system
• Set up and implement a robust Brand Kit aligned with an established brand style guide
• Design a core suite of reusable, on-brand templates for day-to-day communications use
• Establish clear governance, usage standards and ways of working within Canva
• Create simple documentation and training resources to support consistent use across the team
• Deliver recorded and written guidance to enable a smooth handover and long-term sustainability
Selection critera:
• Proven experience administering and configuring Canva Teams accounts is essential
• Strong experience creating Brand Kits and reusable organisational templates
• Solid understanding of brand governance within a communications or marketing environment
• Ability to design systems and guidance that are accessible to non-designers
• Confident communicator, able to work collaboratively with communications professionals
