We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Assistant Student Administrator to support administrative and coordination activities across study and project teams. This role involves data management, meeting coordination, financial tracking, and general office support.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £16.92 per hour + holiday pay
Key Duties:
- Support the setup and progress tracking of new sites, liaising with relevant teams to ensure timely completion of agreements
- Liaise with external vendors, order supplies and coordinate document printing
- Assist with organising training sessions, including venue bookings, travel and accommodation, and expense tracking
- Carry out data entry and maintain study-specific Excel records
- Cross-check budget schedules and invoices, updating trackers and ensuring accuracy
- Attend and minute meetings as required
- Provide general administrative support across the team
Selection Criteria:
- A-Level education or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience taking accurate meeting minutes
- Experience coordinating meetings or events, including logistics and travel
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
