We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Coaching Officer to support the delivery and development of executive coaching services. The role combines platform implementation support, administration, finance coordination, marketing activity and business development support.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be part time 18.75 hrs p/w for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £18.80 per hour + holiday pay
Key Duties:
Platform & Project Support
- Support the implementation of a new coaching platform, including coordination of meetings and feedback
- Assist with quality assurance activities and process development
Administration
- Manage the coaching inbox and respond to enquiries
- Support scheduling of meetings, training sessions and events
- Maintain coaching community records and databases
- Coordinate recruitment processes for executive coaches
Finance & Procurement
- Support purchasing and contracting processes
- Investigate invoice queries and liaise with finance teams
- Ensure contracts are in place and compliant with procurement requirements
Marketing & Communications
- Support marketing activities and maintain website and internal content
- Monitor and update digital platforms and communications materials
Business Development
- Support responses to coaching enquiries and assist with proposal preparation
- Maintain systems such as Salesforce and support custom programme requests
Selection Criteria:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a customer or service-focused environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively
