We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Admissions Advisor to support prospective applicants throughout the admissions journey. This role combines applicant engagement, application processing, event delivery and data management to ensure a high-quality admissions experience.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £18.80 per hour + holiday pay
Key Duties:
- Build relationships with prospective applicants, providing guidance on programme suitability and admissions processes
- Manage applications, coordinate communications and organise interviews with faculty
- Plan and deliver admissions events, including fairs, webinars, open days and campus visits
- Maintain accurate records in admissions systems and update website and marketing content
- Support post-offer processes, including advice on funding, accommodation, visas and welfare
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth applicant progression and onboarding
- Support yield activities and contribute to improving conversion rates
- Analyse admissions data and produce reports for committees and stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvements and support project work as required
- Deputise for the Admissions Manager when needed
