We are seeking a detail-oriented Website Migration Assistant to support the review and improvement of migrated web content. This role involves checking content quality, updating information, and working with stakeholders to ensure websites are accurate, accessible and user-friendly.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £16.92 per hour + holiday pay
Key Duties:
- Review migrated web content for accuracy, readability, accessibility and usability
- Edit and update content, including fixing broken links and correcting errors
- Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate content changes and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Support maintenance of high-quality digital content across web platforms
- Ensure content meets accessibility and digital writing standards
Selection Criteria:
- Experience using and editing content within SharePoint
- Excellent written English, grammar and attention to detail
- Awareness of digital accessibility standards
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience creating and editing web content with understanding of user experience best practice
- Ability to prioritise workload and work flexibly to deadlines
