We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Development Coordinator to support the delivery of policy, governance and fundraising initiatives. This role combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, communications, training support and high-level administration within a busy professional environment.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £16.92 per hour + holiday pay
Key Duties:
- Coordinate policy and governance projects, training programmes and departmental initiatives
- Support the review, approval and tracking of major gift agreements, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and update digital content, communications and resources relating to policy and governance activities
- Coordinate compliance-related initiatives, including monitoring and reporting activities
- Support matched funding schemes and other strategic fundraising initiatives
- Conduct research, gather data and prepare reports, presentations and recommendations
- Manage enquiries, maintain records and support the smooth running of the team’s operations
- Coordinate meetings, manage diaries, prepare agendas, take minutes and track actions
- Maintain accurate filing systems, databases and documentation
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, donors, volunteers and external partners
- Support process improvements and contribute to the delivery of strategic objectives

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
