We are seeking reliable and detail-focused Symposium Session Recorders to support a major meeting focused on green transitions and energy access. The role will involve attending facilitated breakout sessions and producing clear, accurate records of discussions, key themes and agreed actions.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £18.80 per hour + holiday pay
Key Duties:
- Attend assigned breakout sessions during the symposium
- Accurately capture key discussions, themes and contributions
- Record decisions, recommendations and agreed action points
- Summarise complex discussions into clear and concise notes
- Ensure notes are well structured and suitable for post-event reporting
- Deliver completed session notes within agreed deadlines
Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience producing accurate, high-quality meeting notes or minutes
- Excellent written communication and summarising skills
- Ability to capture complex discussions clearly and concisely
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail
- Ability to identify key themes, decisions and action points
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced event environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
