We are seeking an organised and responsive Training Support Coordinator to support the delivery of a large-scale induction and facilitator training programme. The role involves coordinating approximately 60 facilitators across multiple locations, maintaining accurate attendance records and providing hands-on support during delivery.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be part time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £14.98 per hour + holiday pay.
The working hours for this role are as follows:
Approximately 1.5 days per week for 5 weeks (12.5 full days), and 40 hours during the week of 5th-9th October (5 full days). In September, you must be available and onsite on the following dates:
- 27th August
- 1st September
- 7th September
- 8th September
- 16th September
- 21st September
- 24th September
- 1st October
Key Duties:
- Track facilitator attendance across training and induction sessions
- Support preparation and administration of facilitator training sessions
- Prepare and send final session communications and logistical information
- Ensure facilitators have the correct information and materials for assigned sessions
- Coordinate replacement facilitators where cancellations or changes arise
- Provide on-site support during induction sessions, including room, PowerPoint and materials set-up
- Assist with attendance tracking and record participant numbers
- Coordinate movement of materials between locations where required
- Log incidents and respond quickly to operational issues during sessions
- Provide practical support to facilitators and cover overlapping sessions where required
Selection Criteria:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Forms, Outlook and SharePoint
- Ability to maintain accurate records and track multiple sessions and facilitators
- Ability to respond quickly and calmly to unexpected changes or urgent issues
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and courteous approach when working with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion
- Willingness and ability to travel between locations across Oxford
- Availability for the specified training dates and full-time delivery week of 5–9 October
