We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Print Coordinator to coordinate the preparation, printing and distribution of digital and printed materials for a large-scale induction programme. The role involves managing tailored presentation materials and ensuring resources are accurately prepared and delivered across multiple locations.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be part time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £14.98 per hour + holiday pay.
The working hours for this role are as follows:
Approximately 1 day a week for 4 weeks (4 full days), and 40 hours during the week of 5th-9th October (5 full days).
Key Duties:
- Coordinate and distribute PowerPoint templates and presentation materials
- Collate facilitator information and headshots for inclusion in presentations
- Tailor slides and materials for individual locations
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather content and ensure required information is received
- Review submitted content for accuracy and consistency
- Prepare final presentations and materials ready for delivery
- Liaise with print suppliers and coordinate production of handouts
- Prepare and organise materials packs for individual sessions
- Ensure the correct resources are available for each scheduled session
- Coordinate delivery and transportation of printed materials across locations
Selection Criteria:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Word
- Good general IT skills, including Outlook and SharePoint
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when completing repetitive tasks
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple materials, deadlines and locations effectively
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion
- Willingness to travel between locations across Oxford
- Availability to support the full-time delivery week of 5–9 October
