About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Programme Manager to manage the planning and delivery of executive education programmes. This role combines programme and project management, client relationship management, logistics, financial administration and continuous improvement to ensure consistently high standards of delivery.

The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £18.80 per hour + holiday pay

Key Duties:

  • Manage programmes from initial planning through to delivery and completion, maintaining project plans, timelines and status reports
  • Coordinate virtual, onsite and offsite programme delivery, including UK and international locations
  • Lead meetings, manage logistics and resolve operational issues throughout programme delivery
  • Coordinate accommodation, travel, catering, venues, AV/IT and other programme requirements
  • Liaise with faculty, speakers, clients, participants, suppliers and external venues
  • Create and maintain programme materials, booking systems and virtual learning platforms
  • Manage programme evaluations and use feedback to improve future delivery
  • Act as project lead for assigned programmes, ensuring stakeholders understand responsibilities and deadlines
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure programme delivery meets agreed objectives
  • Monitor programme budgets, expenditure and margins, raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Train and support team members and contribute to recruitment where required
  • Lead and contribute to process improvements, working groups and wider projects

Selection Criteria:

  • Proven experience managing programmes from planning through to successful delivery
  • Strong project management, administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Experience training and supporting colleagues to improve programme delivery
  • Experience managing programme budgets and financial processes
  • High level of IT literacy, including project management tools, Zoom and virtual learning platforms
  • Flexible and customer-focused approach, including willingness to support occasional out-of-hours and offsite delivery
