Central Oxford | Full-time, 36.5 hours per week | 1 month | Immediate start
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Campaign Manager to join a centrally based Oxford University department.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to lead integrated campaigns, drive engagement and support strategic marketing objectives within a fast-paced university environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads and achieve business targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and audience needs to identify new opportunities.
- Own campaign positioning, messaging and audience personas for relevant products or portfolios.
- Coordinate campaign delivery across multiple channels, working closely with marketing, creative and analysis teams.
- Develop and evaluate compelling marketing content and communications, including email campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines and resources effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and provide regular reports and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders across the department and wider University.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and resource efficiency.
About You
You will have:
- Proven experience developing marketing strategies and integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience managing campaign plans, budgets and deadlines.
- Strong copywriting and marketing communications experience, particularly email marketing.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
- A creative, innovative and entrepreneurial approach, with an awareness of current marketing trends.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- A degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in Marketing, Business, English or Communications.
