We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Admissions Advisor to manage applications and provide high-quality support to prospective students throughout the admissions journey. The role combines applicant engagement, admissions administration, interview coordination and post-offer support within a busy and fast-paced environment.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £16.92 per hour + holiday pay
Key Duties:
- Respond to prospective applicant and applicant enquiries, providing clear and professional guidance
- Manage applications from initial submission through to final decision, ensuring procedures and deadlines are met
- Advise prospective applicants on programme suitability and relevant admissions requirements
- Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding application progress and outcomes
- Coordinate admissions interviews, including virtual and in-person arrangements
- Liaise with faculty to coordinate interview availability and ensure timely completion of assessments
- Organise admissions events, candidate visits and drop-in sessions
- Maintain accurate admissions databases and student records
- Manage post-offer processes, including visa, financial and contractual requirements
- Support recruitment and yield activities to improve applicant conversion
- Review and update admissions information across websites, brochures and other materials
- Identify and implement improvements to admissions processes and working practices
- Build effective relationships with recruitment, marketing, programme and alumni colleagues
